Shipping & Returns Shipping & Returns
FyreLab systems will be shipped from our location 7-10 days after receiving the order. In addition, shipping time may add another 3-8 days before you receive the order.

Free Ground Shipping
Free ground shipping on all web orders applies to the 48 contiguous states. Free ground shipping does not include Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship internationally.

Products sold by FyreLab, LLC are covered by our 14-day return policy (unless noted otherwise). The 14-day return policy is as follows.
  • All serial numbers, upc codes, and bar coding must be on the product(s) returned. Any item without the serial number, upc code, and bar codes are not elible for return or replacement.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging including documentation and any other accessories that were shipped with the product. Missing contents, accessories, or parts will be charged to the customer.
  • The product must be returned within 14 days of the date when the customer receives the item.
  • The RMA number that was issued via email must be included with the package and be written legibly on the return label or on the packaging box itself. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days after issued to the customer.
  • Physical damage and/or misuse of products are not elible for replacement or refund.
  • FyreLab, LLC does not honor exchanges for products and/or services.
  • All shipping fees for returns must be paid by the customer.
  • A 30% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
  • Allow up to 14 business days for all refunds.
  • After the warranty period, products may be returned for paid service or repair.
  • Claims for missing items must be reported within 14 days after the date that the product was shipped.
  • Restocking fees and shipping fees are not eligible for refund.

To request an RMA number:
  • Email our Returns department by clicking here.
  • Include your name, address, and invoice number.
  • RMA numbers can only be requested by email.
  • A return email will be sent to you with the requested RMA number and the address that the product should be sent to.

After receiving an RMA number:
  • Legibly write the RMA number on the return label or on the packaging box itself.
  • Ship the system to the provided address in the email sent to you with the RMA number.

Returns without an RMA number:
  • Any items returned without an RMA number will be refused.
  • Customer is fully responsible for all shipping costs due to refused shipment.

Returned packages due to invalid address
  • The product(s) will be refunded with the 30% restocking fee.
  • Applicable shipping and handling fees will be charged.
