Order Acceptance Policy
Orders must be made through our website. Fyrelab, LLC does not accept telephone orders. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Fyrelab, LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Fyrelab, LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Orders over $1000 will be verified with the customer. Fyrelab, LLC is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from computer dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Fyrelab, LLC.
Pricing
FyreLab, LLC. does not offer price protection or price matching.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Fyrelab, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. Fyrelab, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Fyrelab, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal account in the amount of the charge.
Return policy and limited guarantee against defects
Every third party product you buy Fyrelab, LLC is backed first by the product manufacturer’s warranty. Fyrelab, LLC 15-day limited warranty against defects, may also apply. Fyrelab, LLC 15-day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or Fyrelab, LLC. Leased merchandise is not eligible for this warranty. Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software once a package has been opened. Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only according the Fyrelab, LLC limited 15-day warranty described above. Hardware confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer or Fyrelab, LLC will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 15 days of ownership only. After 15 days the product manufacturer warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. Fyrelab, LLC will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers. Email customer service for assistance. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all disks, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 15 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse damaged returns. All returns will be assessed a minimum 30% restocking fee. No partial or full refunds will be given for damaged or incomplete returns. Returns will not be accepted without an RA number issued by Fyrelab, LLC or when the product manufactures’ or distributors’ return policies supersede ours.
Fyrelab, LLC Limited 2-year warranty on Fyrelab Assembled Computers with operating system
Fyrelab, LLC provides a limited 2-year warranty on the computer parts for the Fyrelab Series computers it assembles with operating system. The 2-year limited warranty only applies if an operating system is ordered by the customer and installed by Fyrelab, LLC. The case seal must be unaltered and intact for this warranty to be honored. The limited 2-year warranty starts when the customer receives the merchandise. Fyrelab, LLC is not the manufacturer of the parts used for systems it sells and accepts no liability for the performance and/or lack of performance of those parts. The limited 2-year warranty provides parts and labor for defective parts that are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty only. Cases and case parts including but not limited to doors, gauges, lights, dials, switches, fans are NOT covered by this warranty. Physical damage from acts including but not limited to fire, water, electrical, lightning are not covered by the Fyrelab, LLC limited 2-year warranty. The original case seal must be present, and it must not be broken for the limited 2-year warranty to be valid and honored by Fyrelab, LLC. The limited warranty is void if any components are overclocked, changes to the original bios settings are made, service is provided by other parties, and/or the case seal is broken or missing. Customer is responsible for one-way shipping on the first warranty occasion and may be charged for shipping for any additional warranty work. Fyrelab, LLC is not responsible for loss of use of a computer due to repairs and does not guarantee any specific time for repairs. All reasonable actions will be taken to repair and return equipment in a timely manner dependent on the original manufacturer’s response to Fyrelab, LLC returned items.
Fyrelab, LLC Limited warranty on Fyrelab Assembled Computers without operating system installed
If the customer does not order a preinstalled operating system for a Fyrelab, LLC assembled computer, then only the manufacturer’s warranty is in effect on the computer and its parts. Defective parts may be returned within 14 days after the customer receives the merchandise. After that time the customer must work directly with the manufacturer for warranty repairs and replacements. For all returned merchandise, please obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) by email. See the section any RMA.
Fyrelab, LLC Limited 2-year warranty on Fyrelab Assembled Business Computers
In addition to the above terms and conditions for warranty repairs, customers who own a Fyrelab Business Computer may choose to pay for repair work in order to shorten down time. Fyrelab, LLC will not pay for service provided by third parties during or after the warranty period if this option is exercised. If parts are replaced, then the original part(s) may be returned to the original manufacturer for repair or replacement by the customer. If the option for a customer to provide service outside of the Fyrelab, LLC warranty, then the 2-year Fyrelab, LLC warranty is void. However, the original manufacturer may still cover the parts, and the customer will then work directly with the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
Warranty for non-assembled parts, non-assembled computers, speakers, and LCD monitors
The limited 2-year warranty described above is not provided on non-assembled parts, non-assembled computers, speakers, and monitors. These items come with manufacturer’s warranty provided by each manufacturer. The time for such warranty varies according to each manufacturer. If defective, there is a 15-day return period for non-assembled parts, non-assembled computers, speakers, and monitors. Defective items must be shipped to Fyrelab, LLC within 15 days of receiving the merchandise. After that time, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the manufacturer to arrange warranty work. Fyrelab, LLC reserves the right at its sole option to replace or refund a defective return. In addition, monitors with dead or stuck pixels are not considered defective unless there are more than 8 dead or stuck pixels. All equipment received should be opened, inspected, and tested upon arrival in order for the customer to exercise return options within the 15-day period.
Warranty Limitations
There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so that the foregoing limitation may not apply to you. Computer cases and the case parts including but not limited to doors, gauges, lights, dials, switches, cords, fans are NOT covered by this warranty. If customer pays for service during the warranty period to a third party or provides his/her own service, no reimbursement will be made and the warranty is void.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Fyrelab, LLC or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
PROCESSING, Assembly, and Shipping Time
Your order is placed through PayPal. Fyrelab, LLC does not collect or store credit card information from its customers. Normal assembly, testing, and packaging is 7 – 10 days. Shipping time after the 7 – 10 days is dependent on UPS, which can take an additional 3 – 8 days for ground service. Because we assemble computers after the order is placed, your credit card is charged when the order it placed. We use this method in order to lower our overhead and provide low prices to our customers while attending to quality.
Order Cancellation
If an order is canceled before shipment a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Orders canceled after shipment will be considered returns and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
